Kate brings more than 20 years’ experience in the project management, operations, administration, training, and education fields.  For the past 7 years, she’s been operating as a virtual assistance project manager, with the past 18 months as chief of staff for a nonprofit startup organization.

Kate has experience in for-profit, non-profit, real estate operations, education, e-commerce and general operations fields. For more than a decade she was the director of student life at University of South Carolina Beaufort, advising, training, counseling and mentoring college students as they grew into young adults.

She’s spent time as a church secretary, been a full-time work-at-home virtual assistant, all while being mom to children, Zoe, Rosie and Jonah.  

Kate holds an M.Ed. in college counseling from the University of Delaware and a BA in art history from Ithaca College. She is one who actually used her degree in art history while working as a sales administrator for a premier auction house in New York City.
